RETURNS
We hope that you will love your purchase from Dotty And Doug Cards, however if you find that it is unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within in 7 days by email of your intention to return your purchased product(s).
We ask that you return your product(s) to us unused and in the original packaging with seals intact at your own cost.
You will be entitled to a refund if the product(s) reach us within 28 days from purchase.
Please ensure all packages are labelled clearly and packed carefully, so they are not damaged or lost in transit. Dotty And Doug Cards can not be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be despatched until original item has been received at our shop.
Dotty And Doug Cards will not give refunds on the following items:
- goods returned after 28 days
- damaged items not notified by email to us within 7 days
Please be advised we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for bespoke cards.
